LearnHow to Create Subscriber Segments
Segments are a filtered group of subscribers. You can use filters like number of orders, total dollars spent, last order date, etc.
Name Your Segment
You'll start by naming your Segment. We recommend something descriptive like 'Repeat Customers' or 'Customer who've ordered more than $500'.
Select Filters
Next, you will select filters for your segment. First, select the parameter you'd like to filter with in the first dropdown, then choose the comparison in the second dropdown, then enter the value in the input.
For example, if you wanted to filter by customers who have ordered more than $200, you would select 'Total Ordered', then 'Great Than' in the second dropdown, then '200' in the value input. Then click 'Filtered Customers'
